Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity
Running inclusive employment across a growing network
A multi-centre administration system connecting finance, purchasing, inventory, HR, programmes and reporting for teams supporting young adults into employment.

The mission
More centres, one shared purpose
CIAT centres support young adults with intellectual disabilities as they move into employment. As the programme expands, every location manages people, beneficiaries, workshops, resources and budgets, while the Foundation needs a dependable view of performance across the entire network.
When information remains trapped in local documents and inconsistent routines, approvals slow down and reporting becomes a reconstruction exercise. The challenge was to centralise what needed to be shared without imposing a system that pulled local teams away from their daily social mission.
The system
One administrative backbone behind every centre
We designed a shared platform for finance, purchasing, suppliers, inventory, employees, beneficiaries and programme activity. Each centre handles day-to-day operations in an environment adapted to its responsibilities, with role-based access and decision rules that reflect how the organisation is governed.
The Foundation gains consolidated information on spending, available resources, staffing and programme progress. Routine approvals are easier to follow, while centres retain the flexibility required by the people and activities they support.
The design
Administration organised around impact
The data model connects every financial and operational record to a centre and programme. Sensitive information stays separated, important actions retain a complete history and approval paths can change with the type or level of expenditure.
Teams no longer duplicate the same facts across tools simply to produce a report. The organisation can read activity in context—not only what was spent, but where, for which workshop and toward what outcome.
The outcome
Stronger operations in service of inclusion
The platform gives the Foundation a trustworthy operating view while helping each CIAT work with less administrative friction. Resource planning, accountability and reporting become clearer across the network.
The most important return is human: less time spent searching for information or rebuilding a status means more capacity for supporting beneficiaries. Technology becomes quiet infrastructure behind the mission.
