The context
Circular manufacturing rewrites the planning rules
A circular factory does not receive perfectly predictable inputs. Recovered materials vary in volume, condition and composition. One order may require a different route, a specialised skill or another preparation step. Small batches and frequent changes quickly expose the limits of planning software designed for repetitive mass production.
Fashion Green Hub needed industrial control without losing the adaptability that makes circular production possible: a dependable picture of the operation that could still respond to the material reality on the floor.
The platform
One factory, one operating view
We created a central environment for planning production orders, assigning employees and temporary workers, reserving materials, scheduling machines and tracking each stage of work. Priorities, capacity, expected completion and operating issues are visible in the same place.
Inventory consumption, shift activity, maintenance and progress are attached to the order they affect. Managers can see a constraint earlier, move a resource and prevent one material variation or machine outage from distorting the entire schedule.
The model
Designed for work that does not follow a fixed line
Configurable work orders sit at the centre of the product. Each operation connects available material, required skills, machine capacity and maintenance state. The schedule reflects the factory as it is now, rather than a theoretical plan prepared days earlier.
Flexibility is paired with traceability. Decisions, consumption and stage changes remain measurable. The system gives variability a structure instead of pretending it can be eliminated.
